Cancellation Policy

Because Dota 2 cosmetics are digital and delivered through Valve's Steam trading system, the window to cancel an order is tied to where it is in the delivery flow. This policy keeps that simple and fair for everyone.

Before the trade is sent:

• You can cancel an order that has not yet entered Steam delivery.
• The full amount is returned to your ARCANUM wallet instantly.
• No penalty or fee applies.

After the Steam trade is sent:

• An order cannot be cancelled once a valid trade offer has been sent to you.
• Exception: the item is materially not as described, or the wrong item is delivered — in which case it is covered by our Refund Policy.

An order is cancelled automatically (with a full wallet refund) when:

• Payment fails or is declined.
• The item leaves the seller's inventory before delivery.
• A trade is not completed within the expected window.
• Steam services are unavailable for an extended period.
• Our fraud checks flag the transaction for review.

Refunds from any cancellation are credited to your ARCANUM wallet balance, instantly and with no fee. Wallet credit can be spent across the market. We do not pay cancellation refunds by bank transfer.

Where a cancellation is caused by circumstances outside reasonable control — Steam outages, payment-provider failures, or similar — affected orders are fully refunded to the wallet with no penalty to any party.

We may update this Cancellation Policy to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated on-site or by email.
